Conditions

1. Any legal entity and business association as an advertiser, advertising service provider or publisher may be a member of the ÖRT.

2. An organization mentioned in paragraph 1 may join ÖRT if it agrees with the objectives specified in its Constitution, signs the application for membership, and pays the membership fee.

3. The applicant for the membership should accept the rules specified in the Hungarian Code of Advertising Ethics.

4. Upon the application the ÖRT’s member should to put himself or his organization voluntarily on the list of one of the parties indicated. The member may include himself only in one group.
