Article 12 - Special regulations on public service advertisement
(1) The advertiser of a public service advertisement must be indicated in a clearly identifiable manner in the advertisement.
(2) A public service advertisement containing a call for financial support or donation shall clearly and unambiguously indicate the name of the beneficiary and the destined use the funds gathered.
(3) A public service advertisement may only generate fear or contain shocking element(s) and dramatic presentation methods in a manner and to the extent that is necessary for the effective communication of the goal of public interest that the advertisement is aiming to popularize or introduce.
