Notice for the protection of the Olympic icon, symbols and names

The five Olympic rings as the symbol of Olympic Games belong under the protection of Act LX of 2008. The Act declares that the exclusive owner of the above-mentioned Olympic symbol is the International Olympic Committee, and, as such, for their use in any ways (either for commercial or non-commercial purposes) it is the International Olympic Committee who has an exclusive authority to issue a licence.
